The age-old practice of India, today has become a fashion all over the world, which is known as Yoga. A form of exercise that has been practiced in India through the ages to energize, rejuvenate one''s self and also to cure many diseases. Different angles and modes of exercise with control over breathing and spiritualism is Yoga. Meditation is the essence of Yoga and what other place can be better to learn and practice Yoga in the most serene and beautiful environs of Rishikesh. Personalized programs can be worked out which include stimulating and purifying therapies, daily yoga and meditation with specific Ayurvedic diet to ensure reduce stress, improve health and address common ailments. An annual International Yoga week is organized at Rishikesh from 2nd to 7th February.

Day 1: Delhi

Arrive and transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: Delhi - Rishikesh

Morning proceed by road to Rishikesh. Arrive and stay at HOTEL GANGA KINARE. Evening visit Haridwar to witness evening rituals at THE HOLY RIVER GANGES. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3: Rishikesh

Day 4: Rishikesh

Day 5: Rishikesh

Morning practice Yoga Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 6: Rishikesh

Early morning drive to Hindolakhal. Arrive and start trek to Kunjapuri. The one hour trek goes through thick forest till reach the top - Kunjapuri. Witness the sunrise on Greater Himalayan peaks. After exploring the area join class for Yoga and Meditation. Return to Hotel. Afternoon free to enjoy Ayurvedic Massage. Evening discussions on Traditional Yogic diets and other cuisines to revitalise their body and soul from the daily stress at work through a healthy approach to diet and lifestyle.Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 7: Rishikesh

Morning practice Yoga. Afternoon visit Rajaji National Park for a Wildlife Safari. Briefing of Jungle discipline, animal behaviour and low impact eco - friendly outdoors.Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 8: Rishikesh

Full day visit to Agra to witness the World famous <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'A09','AGR','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Taj Mahal</a> built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in the year 1652 as a memorial for his beloved wife MumtazMahal. The grandeur called the Taj is perhaps the most photographed, filmed, described and sketched building of the world. <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'A09','AGR','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Taj Mahal</a> is where fantasy coincides with reality in perfect harmony. An inspiration for innumerous artists over the centuries, the Taj is an ode to love. It took 22 years to create this jewel. Agra Fort built and renovated over the centuries, this massive fort gained recognition only during the Mughal reign. Tomb of Itmad-ud-daullah- built by Empress Noorjehan in the memory of her father. Day 11: Delhi

You may take a tricycle tour of Chandini Chowk. Afternoon half day city tour of New Delhi visiting drive past President House, <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'PTH','DEL','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Parliament House</a> (House of Representatives) and <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'A7M','DEL','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">India Gate</a> - War Memorial (stop for photography).Visit the Qutub Minar-72.55 meters high Victory Tower and proceed onto <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'BHT','DEL','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Bahai Temple</a> (lotus temple).
