Day 1: Mumbai
Upon your arrival at Mumbai, you will be met by our representative and will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 2: Mumbai
The day will begin with a visit to the <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'AFZ','BOM','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Elephanta caves</a>, located on a small island of Gharapuri, in the Arabian sea near Mumbai.
In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Calicut (Kozhikode).
Full day at leisure to enjoy and explore the nature. Miles away from the dust, grime and din; this is a magical, romantic getaway tucked away in a lush tropical rain forests. Break into a song with tunes set by a chorus of chirping, multihued birds. Let a rainbow of butterflies and dragonflies play hide-and-seek with you. Vythiri Resort is parked bang amidst a 150-acre coffee and cardamom plantation. Replete with traditional planter's cottages that transport you back to a laid-back era. Day 5: Wayanad
In the morning, you will drive to Guruvayur and on arrival, will check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the Sri Krishna Temple (Guruvayurappan Temple) (Non Hindus not allowed in the sanctum of the temple). You will also visit the elephant camp at Punnathur Kotta, where over forty elephants are groomed and trained.
Day 6: Wayanad
In the morning, you will drive to Munnar, a popular hill station. En-route, you will visit the Kalmandalam dance school. This school specializes in training students in the Kathakali dance drama and other indigenous performing arts of Kerala like the Mohiniattam and the Thullal. Upon arrival in Munnar, you will check in at the hotel.
In the morning drive to <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'ARL','THK','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary</a> (Thekkady).
Day 8: Guruvayur
After breakfast, you will drive to Kumarakom, a small village recognized as a backwater paradise on The Vembanad Lake. Upon arrival, you will be assisted through your check-in at the Hotel.
In the late morning, you will board your houseboat. (These boats come with a quiet outboard motor). The boat will move towards the mouth of the Kavanar river. There will be an overnight stay at the House boat.
Day 10: Munnar
In the morning, you will disembark at Alleppey and drive to Mararikulam. Here, you will be able to enjoy superb beaches for the entire day. There will be an overnight stay at your Hotel.
You will take a full day tour of Cochin. This will include visits to the Jewish Synagogue, the Mattan-Cherry Palace (also called the Dutch Palace), and the fascinating Chinese fishing nets at the entrance of the Cochin harbour. You will return to your hotel for an overnight.
Day 12: Thekkady
In the morning, you will drive to the internationally renowned Kovalam beach. The crescent-shaped beach has three parts. The southern most is the lighthouse beach. It offers an amazing sight of Vizhinjam mosque. The northern part is laidback one and the middle half, hawah, becomes a beehive of activities with fishermen setting out for sea.
You will have a full day at leisure at the beach. You will stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 14: Kumarakom
In the morning, after your breakfast, you will be transferred to Trivandrum-The capital of Modern Kerala and the seat of the erstwhile Maharaja of Travancore. Here, you will be able to visit the Art Gallery, the Padmanakhaswami Temple and the Museum.
