Madurai Temple Tour
Madurai-Thekkady-Kumarakom-Kottayam-Alappuzha-Kochi-Mumbai
Day 1: Madurai
Arrive Madurai and welcome by our airport representative. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon visit Meenakshi Temple, <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'ADM','MDU','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Mariamman Teppakulam</a> and the Palace of Tirumalai Nayak. In the evening attend the prayer ceremony at the Meenakshi temple. Overnight stay in Madurai.
After taking breakfast, drive to Periyar. On reaching Periyar, check-in at hotel. In the afternoon enjoy the exciting boat cruise on the Periyar Lake.Overnight stay in Periyar.
Day 3: Thekkady
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom. On arrival, transfer to the hotel.Overnight stay in Kumarakom.
In the morning after breakfast , visit the Kumarakom bird Sanctuary.Overnight stay in house boat
Day 5: Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kottayam. On reaching Kottayam, board a Kettuvallom -the luxury houseboat. Enjoy the backwaters all through the day. Overnight stay in Houseboat.
Day 6: Kumarakom
Arrive at Alleppey in the morning and disembark the houseboat. In the morning head for Cochin by surface. Arrive at Cochin and check in at the hotel. Leisure in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast, go on a sightseeing tour of Cochin. Visit Mattancherry Palace, <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'AN9','COK','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">St. Francis Church</a> and the <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'AJ9','COK','IND','India');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Jewish Synagogue</a>.Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast transfer to the airport to catch flight for Mumbai.On reaching Bombay, head for the international airport for the onward destination.
