Beijing-Xian-Kunming-Lijiang-Shanghai
Day 1: Beijing
When you arrive at Beijing Capital International Airport, our Beijing tour guide will meet you at the airport, holding a greeting sign with your names or the content you fixed in advance with China Dragon Tour. Then our driver will deliver you to the hotel. The balance of the day is free at your leisure.
Day 2: Beijing
After breakfast at hotel, tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and start your China tour. The morning visit starts the Tian An Men Square, which is the largest public square in the world. Then you will proceed to visit the Forbidden City, which was the imperial palace of Ming and Qing dynasties. Our tour guide will give you detailed information in terms of how emperors handle political affairs and their daily lives. For lunch, you will enjoy the a la carte lunch at a famous local restaurant to taste the authentic Chinese food. In the afternoon, proceed to visit <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'TPH','BJS','CHN','China');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Temple of Heaven</a>, where emperors used to pray for good harvest to heaven. Then appreciate the Chinese Kungfu Show (alternatively you could choose Peking Opera).
Day 3: Beijing
After a big breakfast at hotel, enjoy your first golf play in China. Our Beijing tour guide will escort you to Beijing CBD International Golf Club and then you will enjoy a 18 hole golf.
Day 4: Beijing
Today, you will visit <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'MGT','BJS','CHN','China');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Ming Tombs</a>, which was the burial site for 13 Ming dynasty emperors. The burial site was chosen with Fengshui taken into consideration. After lunch, proceed to todays highlight, the Mutianyu Great Wall (with round trip cable car), which is a symbol of ancient Chinese civilization. Being one of the must-sees during a China tour, <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'TGW','BJS','CHN','China');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">The Great Wall</a> offers you a superb background to take pictures. Take the morning flight to Xi’an and meet your guide at Xi’an airport. After a la carte lunch, play golf at Xi’an International Golf Club.
Day 6: Xian
Today’s highlight is an excursion to the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses. They were made over 2,000 years ago with different facial expression and height. 7,000 warriors and horses composed an underground army to protect the Qin emperor after his death. Each one makes an artwork up to the national protection standard. Then enjoy the a la carte lunch at a delicate restaurant, which boasts tasty food and graceful environment. Proceed to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built in Tang dynasty to store the Buddhist scriptures brought back from ancient India by Monk Xuanzang. Then back hotel to have a short refreshment to be well prepared for the Tang Dynasty Imperial Dumpling Banquet with Show.
Day 7: Xian
After breakfast at hotel, our tour guide will take you visit the Xian Ancient City Wall, which is now the biggest and best preserved defending system in the world. The 14 Km city wall offer you a superexcellent field to ride a bicycle. When you are waking or riding a bicycle on the city wall, both the old inner city and modern outer city is in your eyeshot. Then proceed to visit the Great Mosque and Muslim Quarter, which is located in the heart area of Xian. You will also have opportunity to taste the local peoples daily life when you have a free stroll on the Muslim Quarter. After a la carte lunch at a graceful restaurant, drive to the airport for the flight to Kunming. Meet our guide upon arrival and transfer to hotel.
Pick you up and drive to the Kunming Spring City Resort Golf Club, which is about 40km from Kunming. After the relaxing time in the Golf Club, transfer back to downtown Kunming.
Day 9: Kunming
Today you will take excursion to <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'STF','KMG','CHN','China');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Stone Forest</a>, which is a typical sculpture of Karst landforms engraved by nature, covering an area of more than three hundred square kilometers; and Qiongzhu Temple, which is famous for exhibiting five hundreds painted arhat sculptures.
Day 10: Kunming
After breakfast at hotel, drive to the airport for the flight to Lijiang. The afternoon time is for you to play golf in Lijiang Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Golf Club.
Day 11: Kunming
After breakfast at hotel, Lijiang guide will lead you to visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, a treasure of wild plants and rare animals, like a silver dragon lying in the clouds. You will take a cable car ride up to Yun Shan Ping, in English Spruce Plateau. The meadow is truly a God-made “snow mountain garden” carpeted with thousands of colorful flowers and green grasses. Then enjoy the big show – Impression Lijiang. In the afternoon, continue to visit the Baisha Murals, which are world famous fresco with rich colors. The art work was a combination of Han Nationality and Naxi Nationality paintings style. Also, it absorbed a lot of Buddhist painting elite.
Day 12: Kunming - Lijiang
Morning is free for you to stroll around the Ancient Town of Lijiang. In the afternoon, our guide will meet you at the hotel and then drive to the airport for flight to Shanghai. Shanghai guide will pick you up at airport and then drive to hotel.
Day 13: Lijiang
This Shanghai one day tour will bring you both the local culture and picturesque scenery. The morning tour starts at <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'SGM','SHA','CHN','China');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Shanghai Museum</a>, which is located at Renmin Square, the center of Shanghai. The 120,000 art collections show you the traditional culture. Then proceed to visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, where you will see the future of Shanghai. You will enjoy the a la carte lunch at a fancy and famous local restaurant. Then continue to visit Yu Garden, which used to be a private garden built about 4000 years ago and it is famous for being a perfect combination of hill, water, traditional Chinese building and natural scenery. Then visit <a class="PIInfosoft-placeName" onclick="openAttractionDescriptionPopup('en', 'NAR','SHA','CHN','China');" data-target="#PopUp5" href="javascript:void(0)" data-toggle="modal">Nanjing Road</a> and The Bund. After dinner, you will enjoy the exciting Acrobatic Show.
Day 14: Lijiang
After a big breakfast, enjoy a golf playing at Shanghai Sheshan International Golf Club. In the afternoon, you will have free time at hotel.
Day 15: Lijiang - Shanghai
After breakfast at hotel, drive to the airport for flight back to home. End of service.
