The Beach Museum of Art houses 1,500 works with emphasis on 20th C Midwestern artists and photographers.
The Riley County Historical Museum in Manhattan contains historical exhibits and the Seaton Research Library. On the grounds are Hartford House and the Randolph jail.
KSU Insect Zoo is housed in the old Dairy Barn on the campus of Kansas State University. Exhibits include a Tropical Amazonian Rainforest, Tropical Nighthouse (Cave), Giant Leafcutter Ant colony, Observation Beehive, and a Freshwater display. Live insects and their arthropod relatives are housed in naturalistic settings.
