The elegant Neo-Classical structure was originally used as a library, but was transformed into a cultural center in 1963. The collection consists primarily of 20th century works, including the Carnegie collection that began in 1924. Some of the artists found here include Arthur Beaumont, Cornelius Botke, Colin Campbell Cooper, Katherine Leighton and many others.
