This naval museum is located on the 1943 USS Lexington aircraft carrier. The carrier was retired from the Navy in 1990 and opened to the public in 1992 in Corpus Christi.
Abraham Quintanilla built this museum to honor the memory of his daughter, Selena, the world famous singer who was killed in the prime of her life. The museum displays outfits and dresses designed and worn by Selena at concerts and award shows, as well as her red Porsche and other personal memorabilia.
