    Little Rock is the capital of Arkansas.The capital of Arkansas is the state`s center for business, politics and culture.Visitors can stroll past beautiful antebellum mansions in the downtown historical district; visit the Old Mill, a water-powered grist mill featured in the opening scene of "Gone With The Wind;" or tour the Arkansas State Capitol, an exact replica (albeit significantly smaller) of the nation`s capitol. Riverfront Park is a scenic spot overlooking the Arkansas River. Tourists can actually view the "little rock" for which the city was named.

This institution spanning 30,00 square feet displays a permanent collection dating from the Renaissance to present day as well as forms of craft media and a revolving exhibition of national and regional artists. Housing space hardware, an aerospace library, an antique aircraft collection, and the state''s only IMAX Theater, the Aerospace Education Center is a wonderful time for the entire family. A gift shop and concession facilities are on site.
